Our night started with a last minute schedule change as our officemate and resident folk god was stuck trying to make it back from the airport, so instead we had De Palma play their synthy pop tunes to the crowd to kick off the festivities. De Palma is a five piece band hailing from all over who came together to add some grooves to the night. The band started the night with a rendition of Empire of The Sun's classic 2009 hit Walking On A Dream, then they played two originals, The Bad In Me & Stay which you can watch below.

Kleinahexa, fronted by Kyara Kalb opened their set up with a tribute to the late David Bowie with their take on his hit Space Oddity. They followed that up with two originals, one being an untitled new song that the band wrote after going on a mini tour that tackles the issues of being in a relationship and taking on the persona of being with that person and the second being Billy which you can watch in full below.

Aris Ford is a Laguna local who also happens to work out of Sourced Collective where he runs Freemans Collective, a modern artist & creative commune emphasizing active lifestyle and adventure travel through cinematography, artwork, & California crafted threads. Aris is a jack of all trades and opened up his set with a personal favorite of mine, I Will Follow You Into The Dark by Death Cab For Cutie. He closed his set with his own two songs, Coming Clean a song that was written about the duality of relationships and how two people can sometimes be going in different directions and finally he played Please Come Home which you can watch below.
